About the event
"We Play for AK" is more than just a tournament—it's a heartfelt tribute to the incredible impact Analeise Klein has had on the softball community. Her legacy lives on through this tournament now scheduled for May 31st and June 1st, 2025. Portions of the proceeds will be donated to Out of the Darkness to honor Analeise’s memory, while emphasizing the importance of mental health and teenage suicide prevention. As a player in the Aftershock organization, she was a dedicated athlete, teammate, and friend whose spirit continues to inspire everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. This tournament serves as both a tribute and a reminder of her lasting influence bringing players, coaches, and families together to honor her spirit both on and off the field
